This branch has Adrian Chadd's local stuff.

Current work:

* WCCPv2 changes -
  + Implement the 'shutdown' message type to notify the router/caches
    when the squid is being shutdown

* Custom access log format
  + customlog-2.5 merged in from devel.cacheboy.net
  + testing and verification required

* Kqueue (FreeBSD), /dev/poll support (Solaris)

Completed work:

* Implement WCCPv2 configuration options - dynamic and static services
  can be defined, along with functional MD5 authentication
