fourstar
========


fourstar aims to be a simple General Ledger, nothing more, nothing less.

The objective behind the development of fourstar is to investigate the
semantics of programmatically interacting with a general ledger, with the
goal being to elaborate on interfaces that could be incorporated into other
systems.

It does not aim to replicate the bells and whistles of a fully blown
accounting system and the complexity that naturally follows.
