* commands.cc, keys.cc, others: use standard
"PBE-PKCS5v20(SHA-1,TripleDES/CBC)" encoding rather than
raw arc4. extract_keys will re-encode keys, still
need to work on packet.cc encoding.
* botan/{des*,pkcs5*,algolist.cpp}: required files
